Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our services provided through the Prime Integrated Mobility website, mobile application, and customer support channels. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

  • "User", "You", "Your" refer to the individual accessing or using the services, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Services, as applicable.
  • "Driver" refers to the individual who has agreed to become a driver with Prime Integrated Mobility and is willing to provide transportation services to the User.
  • "Services" refer to the provision of transportation services by Prime Integrated Mobility's Drivers to the User using the Prime Integrated Mobility platform. Services include city rides, airport transfers, hourly packages, one-way trips, outstation taxi services, and any other service that Prime Integrated Mobility provides.

Account Registration

To use our services, you are required to complete an account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide certain personal information and details, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and other relevant information. By registering, you agree that all the information provided during the process is accurate and up to date.

User Obligations

As a User, you agree to adhere to these terms and any laws applicable to the use of our Services. You agree to treat Drivers with respect and not to cause any damage to the vehicle. Any violation of this may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the ride. Users agree to pay all fares for the services, which may include tolls, taxes, and other applicable fees. You authorize Prime Integrated Mobility to charge your chosen payment method for these amounts.

Cancellation Policy

This policy aims to strike a fair balance between rider convenience and driver compensation, recognizing the shared commitment that ride bookings represent.

  • Driver Cancellation Policy: If a driver cancels a confirmed ride on the Prime Integrated Mobility app without a valid reason, a penalty of 10% of the total fare, up to a maximum of Rs. 100, will be imposed. The penalized amount will be credited back to the customer/rider.
  • Rider Cancellation Policy: If a rider cancels a confirmed ride on the Prime Integrated Mobility app without a valid reason, a penalty of 10% of the total fare, up to a maximum of Rs. 100, will be levied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Prime Integrated Mobility and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels and will be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
